The Petzl Grillon is a great mechanical adjuster that can be adjusted under tension. With just the flip of a lever the lanyard is adjusted with ease. Very lightweight and very responsive. The Grillon lanyard can be used in two different modes; the first being the traditional method of attaching the Grillon to one D ring and the other end to the opposite D ring; the second would be to attach the snap end around a stationary object while attaching the Grillon to your center D ring. This configuration will help distribute your weight to your legs and hips opposed to just your hips. 10ā in length. Features the Grillon descender, a double locking steel snap, and the lanyard is constructed of 1/2ā semi static rope.
