At Bartlett Arborist Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional gear and apparel; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original tags on the unworn apparel and pack the items securely in their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
